wow, good, but did you eat, Toni ?
Dead thread, huh ?
I am studying the NPIP and trying to get info on how much it is gona cost me...DH's double trip to CA and the whole trip costs (food, etc) is gonna kill us, (can you say $2500 discover card bill?
But hey, we get cash back
)
Then we have the house and a coop to build......if it ever stops raining....
And I want to become certified to collect specimens for NPIP testing...should not be too hard for an ex-surgical assistant, right ?
So I sent an e-mail and will see what they say.
It was $85 a hour to collect blood samples within flocks, I am not sure how many birds get tested per flock...and then you have to pay for each sample collected, to be processed, then there are physical inspections...and I guess it varies in cost county by county so no one can give me a ball park...so, will let you all know what I dig up.
It cannot be that hard to do if they test birds free at APA shows...on the spot.
Well, goodnight all !!
