Do you know what it is? My mom had the same thing last year. It was like a freak thing, for a whole month she couldn't eat without feeling sick or vomiting. The weird thing is doctors never were able to find out what was wrong. One thing that did help was when she quit having things with dairy she stopped throwing up. Then it was rumbly tumblys for weeks. Hope you get better

I got some remesh from Home depot (4X7') in the cement department. Bend it into a tent shape and drape plastic drop cloth on top. 9' X 12'. $10 for the whole set up. Toss out the plastic when I'm done, and use the thin floating row cover in the summer.
No bugs & the lettuce loves it.
I haev chards, lettuces and kales inside.
This year I'm building 8' X 3' vegetable boxes that are 2.5 feet tall so I don't have to bend as far down. Old bones creek when I bend.
Building it out of Cedar.
I think I'll build 4 of those and 4 of the 4'x4' ones for corn & tomatoes & zukes.
I plan to cover them all. Protection from deers, bunnies & bugs.
While I'm at it, I'll make a 4 X 4 X 3 koi pool. For poopy fish water to water my plants...3' will keep the ducks out of the yummy koi.
Heck, they can't even climb over the lip of the 4" tub to get in for a swim. Needed a ramp.
Tehy can't fly & can't jump. They just walk.
Spoiled brats.

I'm thinking of getting a bunch of those shower curtains, sewing them togther, put a post in each corner of the yard and BAM redneck gazebo. No rain for me

I could see having duck races at my house. So would we have them in the front yard with the cats, or in the back yard with the nasty little dogs?
I wish I had not read the lastest news from Japan. TEPCO raised the nuclear crisis alert level to 7 and stated that they fear the radioactivity released will eventually exceed Chernobyl. I was hoping that Rachel Maddow was being overly dramatic when this is what she was saying could happen nearly a month ago.

Your raised beds make me envious. I would love to have raised beds, but I am not sure I will get them this year. I am hoping that my FiL will come and use his rototiller in the back yard, but I don't think it will happen. I could just use the old half rotten deck boards. The boards would make me beds that would be 20' long, by however wide that I want them. I have more than enough top soil to fill them with. We have been trying to raise the level over the back yard so that the high tide thing doesn't happen. There are places in the yard that need at least 4 to 6 inches of fill. I have a feeling that I won't have the project done before the potluck. I will also need to figure out a way to fence to garden beds, so that the dogs don't play in them.
I will have to go look at the remesh. I need to go to Home Depot anyway.

DH said that it was eerie watching the 70 meter concrete pump dance around during the 7.0 quake. I am hoping to talk to him soon.
I hope that he can do all his work there from no closer than Tokyo. I have a lot of respect for him and others who are working to stop this disaster. It is starting to make the BP Gulf Oil spill look like spilled milk. I'm furious that they are handing out drilling permits again with essentially NO CHANGE to disaster response procedures. We're all getting a bit too greedy when our technologies for obtaining power (nuclear, coal, oil...) exceed our abilities to do so safely. Time for the companies to seriously reinvest some of those major profits into safer technologies.
I'm off too bed. DH is pacing. He hates when I go to bed after him, but I need my computer time to decompress.
Goodnight Night Crew! Looking forward to reading your posts in the A.M.
