I don't remember if I already mentioned it but feel it is worth saying again. One of the show staff came by and said they really like my stuff and would like me to gear up to come back to thier show in Oct. While that makes me feel very good to be invited back before this show is even over. I will have to see how things end up here and wether it will be worth it.
Right now the auction is going on so nobody is moving around much. MAYBE after the sale some people will not have got the birds they were hoping to and will "need" to spend that money somewhere. Well here I am!!!!

The weekend Income Tax is due- or the next-but-one after that, when property tax first half is due- is always slow at Farmer's Markets, Flea Markets, and Crafts shows, in my experience. I bet you had a lot of lookie-lous?

This is the place to be.

I have some Black Copper Marans that Im going to be rehoming. I'll send you a PM about them..

I'm very happy with the BCM I got from Zgoatlady last year.

As am I. They are nice girls and they are fitting in wonderfully. They are laying regularly too.

Good thinking and planning. I like the idea of ringing a bell ocasionally. and others walking around with a product. Have them hang out at your tables too...that helps.

Here are some baby pictures. The big one/ones have a BR mom crossed with a blue lace bantam cochin roo. The little ones are the same roo with my little black cochin hen...so they are cochins. Please note(if you can tell) the tiny-tiny little black one. It is so hard to tell from these photos, but it is half the size of the 1/2 BR chicks. So, it and the little buff are both bantam cochins. It is so incredibly cute and (of course) everyone's favorite.

I apologize, these are not the best photos. I think I had too much back light from the "grow light" on my veggies (yes it is veggies I am growing and not MEDICINAL HERBS)....

The chick on the left in the first pic is soooo cute with it's head cocked like that! Thanks for sharing, love them!
