Julie, congrats on the chicks!!! That's an AWESOME first time hatch!!!!

CL, glad you found your duckies and got them all back in!

Zgoat, feel better soon!

CR, congrats on the job! Glad Michelle is finally home! So sorry about your silkie. Hope she recovers! If you need a new OEGB roo, I've got a couple of the Crele variety that I will be looking for homes for! Just let me know.

Our hatch is still going strong. 27 eggs in at lockdown, 19 chicks out so far. I can see 3 more pips, but it's a mess in there!!!

Long long day here and got too much sun working outside until about 4:00. Since then I have been running around like a crazy person doing the car pool mom gig. Middle DD has her big dance recital tomorrow and tonight was the dress rehearsal and oldest DD went to a friends house and I picked up dinner while I was out. Having a quick cuppa tea then soaking in a bath and going nighty-night!

Today I got in touch with Larry Urban about the Elma show. Sounds like we may be hitting that one too.
Hope everybody has enjoyed the nice weather. I have to admit that I was aparently out in it a bit too much. I think my arms will probably glow in the dark tonight. I am thinking there is a very real chance of some little water filled pouches by morning.

Yeah, he graded it away but we are still going to need to divert other water. The roof will be sloped down hill to a gutter and the water will run down the hill to a creek at the bottom of out property. I'm might reclaim some of that water and use it elsewhere, we'll see. We will probably clear some of the scrub and limb up some of the trees to open it up a little.
He also has industrial metal roofing that he is going to give us to roof with so that is another blessing!
I'm gonna use sand in the run and just let them free range for part of the day. Nice to see it all coming together.
Oh and I have your business card design on a CD for ya. Jeff said to print at home, you'll have to download the avery program but its free.
Clovers AM's should be pipping away any time now if all went well.
