I just invited some friends over for lunch tomorrow so I will have to clean my house; yes, it was intentional, needed some incentive! Otherwise I'd take a 3 hour nap! (Initally typed "I'll join you in that 3 hour nap" thankfully I proofed not the message I was intending to send!

Some days are just not worth getting up for.

Today is Dad's birthday. It's also the first day he would be home alone since Mom died. I arranged to have brunch with my boys. Dad spent two hours looking for the restaurant on the wrong street, by which time the boys had to go to work and school. We can't win for losing.

I have had a series of work day out in the garden & the new coop, from 5 AM to 10 PM..........and so now, everything else has to be done, even the sugar bowl & salt shaker need filling...vacuum needs the bag emptied...UGH!!!!!!!
I hate days like this where you cannot do anything you want to do until you do several other things first.
I am gonna take that nap now........

I am thinking about it, but my Java cockeral has been at the fence and has torn a tiny bit of comb..so he is not perfect..I canot make up my mind.
I do have a beautiful Blue Copper Marans hen...blue still not recognized by the APA ?
And another question..is this show APA sanctioned ?
Who are the judges???
