I'm gonna look for that! I know ours are probably deer mice

We have 3 barn cats, add in the dog and the only mice/voles/moles found here are dead ones.

I had once adopted a colony of 4 barn cats and 2 great house cats that were great mousers. I only have one of each left. Put out a zapper and you may be surprised what you find. I've never seen a rat burrow on my property, and yet we have rats! Probably doesn't help that much of our property is the old dump road, and nothing but an maybe 1/5 mile of land separating us from the old landfill.

They may be honey bees then - we also get a much larger yellow and black fuzzy bee in lesser numbers, I usually see them at the lavender. I got stung by a big bumble bee once and it HURT!

It was in the house on the stair rail and I put my hand on it. It got me right between 2 fingers. In my experience,it hurt worse than a honeybee sting, but it just be where it got me.

WOW... someone told me that Bumbles didn't sting. Are there some types that don't I wonder?

Yes I have always been told bumbles do sting and I have been told it hurts. I know mason bees rarely sting and the people I know who have been said it is about like a skeeter. I would take 10 honey to one wasp/hornet. Them suckers flat out hurt me bad

Hello! I noticed you are from Lake Tapps! Me too! We don't have chickens yet, but hope to by the end of the summer. We are working on our deck, then the next project is the chicken coop and run. I am excited to see someone so close to me on here!

Netti Pot. - I can only get myself to use it when I get real bad like that, and then I start gagging, but sometimes manage to remove a huge mucus plug that I can feel slipping from my ear canals and other sinus cavities as it is coming out. If you can get past the gag and grossness factor, your head will immediately feel much better for a couple of days. Sometimes it takes quite a few tries to loosen all that nastiness. I was shocked at how much my hearing improved!

X2 same here
