X3 - You've been given a lot of good words to use and consensus agrees no hat. General rule is you always dress better than your normal work attire would be doing that particular job. Break a leg CR! We'll be waiting to hear how it goes!

The dress code may be because they are looking for someone who could move up to management. When welding gets difficult physically, an office job might be nice.

If you live in WA you shouldn't need a health certificate. Where did you get the birds from originally.

the Favorelle and Brabanter were from a small family owned feed store, the owners breed them, in Spanaway(I'm in Spokane). The buff Orpington just from a feed store here, they don't want to enter her. The ducks from a feed store here.
I just read more and it's out of state birds that need a health certificate. We need Salmonella Pullorum-Typhoid testing. Still not sure where to get that.

I just saw the list of the APA recognized breeds and Brabanters aren't on it. So guessing Tiki probably can't be entered.

YOU FOUND BRABANTERS IN WASHINGTON STATE?

I guess Spokane is kind of far for me to go any way.

All Pacific Northwesterners are welcome! We even have Kanasasins and Ennie(forget where she's from) who are going to be future transplant that join in! The more the merrier!

Ennie is 2 to 3 hours east of me in Missouri.

SCORE!!!! We got some Locust once and that stuff was awesome. NO joke... we could burn 4 logs and they would last 24 hours. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. It was great!

The problem with Locust wood, is it litteraly eats saw blades! Chews them right up. We took down 5 40' Locaust trees, the first one chewed up the blade so bad, that we had to resort to the axe. I dont touch the 70'+ Locusts. To close to the road/wires. I trim the low hanging branches as they get heavy. If I don't the limbs hang so low that they drag on small cars.

The roundpen I built for the horses, is 95% Locust. I think I have enough Locust wood for quite a few summer bon fires!

Sounds like our Hedge (Osage Orange) trees.
