Thanks all! I'm gonna find my bag balm and smother my feet. I've been using the stuff since I was pregnant with Alex. I was shopping for baby items and picked up someA&D when this little old lady who did not even speak English pulled it out of my hands and replaced it with Bagbalm. I looked at it, put it back on the shelf and she stuck it back in my hands trying to tell me something in Muppet Swedish Chef. She signaled for me to wait and then came back with a man who appeared to be in his 60's who told me hos mother said only use bagbalm, the rest is expensive, toxic, and does not work as well. I'll put some sox on so the foot of my bed won't look like Don's pillow

looks like a frenchfry bag and smells of Coal Tar (Neutragena T-Gel).

At my house we use Bag Balm for dry, chapped, cracked skin like hands or feet. We just rub it on at bed time and leave it. But that is probably wrong cause I don't know anything!

Oh, Bag Balm is wonderful. or Vaseline. Mine though I think I have something a bit more...it just never goes away - that is why I use the Lotrimin. I used to put Bag Balm or Vaseline on my hands at night....baby bottom soft in the morning.

Yeah, there's any number of fungal infections that can get in the thick skin of your heels (and elbows: my left elbow sometimes needs a course of Lotrimin, too) and just wait to attack, but it took me forever to connect my badly cracked heels in summer with sunburn, and I'm passing that one on to all sandal wearers.

What a beautiful day! So beats the rain and cold we've been dealing with this year so far!

Had company come late so I didn't get the coops shut down in day light. Went out after dark, rounded the corner and before I could trigger the motion light, I tripped over the hose that the children had pulled tight till it was a foot off the ground! Wicked, rapid decent on to 1 1/2 inch rock (in capri's and flip-flops!) If any one needs an extra knee cap, I'll give you mine! Would rather it wasn't attached to my body right about now! And I'm allergic to NSAIDs so I hope the Tylenol I took will cut the pain so I can sleep.

On a happier note, my rumpless OE, who has had poopy problems since hatching, is finally getting better thanks to colloidal silver. Only 3 doses and she has normal, formed stool! No more weird orangey, yellowy ooze! Wish I would have tried it sooner.

Any one ever had experience with vitamin deficiency problems and recall what kind of symptoms they had? Just curious about how common it is.

Just wait till the baby has it's first 'blowout' Poop in every direction! Only course of action is the bath tub! Might make him rethink a bit!

Oh what about older babies/toddler who has a blow out at night and then uses this for finger painting....Yep, had that one hapen. This was the most disgusting thing ever.

My DH's twin girls did that very thing together in their crib one morning, and they painted the wall & crub and then each other.

Well, raining & cool here on the coast. Bet it is really put a damper on the droves & droves of campers & RVers and vacationers out here on the beaches & in parks.
This place is crawling with vacationers right now...it is hard to find a hot dog or marshmellow in the grocery store

We have a bar-be-que to go to...but what ugly weather to do a barbie.
Of course, it may be warm and sunny everywhere else, and just dreary & raining here on the coast...

Please keep us updated. How does an 18 month old baby get MRSA?

Secondary to atopic derm/eczema?
If on the skin, not much of a problem. Internally it can be a big deal. Hope he's ok.

I solved my heel problems long ago...got a few 5 gallon bucket paint stir sticks, and cut a long strip of sand paper (comes in a roll, wet or dry abrasive cloth plumber's use) and stapled it on the 'back top' then folded over & stapled on the front bottom.
The result is a long stick to sand feets with.
I sand every few days and tons of old dry skin comes off.
Then I shower & apply lotion.
Never had cracks since.
It is the old dry callouse skin that cracked.
New skin under toes cracking means a fungal lotion is needed, lotrimin is good.
