I thought so!! I was thinking "They're probably actually tent caterpillar moths" The one I showed you is a Ten Spotted Rhododenderon moth, harmless.


The Tent Caterpillar moth I'll agree I'm also getting an odd influx of them. I've honestly never had them come to my traps before but now I've got a handful of females who come by. Yes, they are indeed the ones that make those webs.

If yours have pale stripes, they're grouping around because there's a female around. If you find any like the one below with darker stripes - It's the female.

Yes but you can't even begin to see how I twisted em. I ask if she wanted 3 or 4 leaf. It started out as 1 clover but I just couldn't leave it there. Just wait I am working on another crazy idea that should be done in the next day or 3. Made from shoes. I recently talked to one of the ferriers who come to the stables and he said he just tries to find somebody to take shoes off his hands so I told him when he comes here just lay any old shoes by the isle door and I will take them.

If shoes weren't so darned heavy I'd send you what I have here... Last summer I brought my mothers fiance 4 over flowing five gallon buckets of shoes. All sizes too, from mini to draft...
