Boy, the conversation is all over the place tonight.

about time we had summer, I was beginning to wonder if we had been transferred to Ketchikan's vicinity, where summer lasts just one week, and if you blink you miss it

Kaneke,
Do you have connections to Ketchikan? That's where I'm from. Have we had this conversation before?

Hi Imp....a few pages back I posted:

(something to the effect) I was concerned about the poo of my chickens. I went and did a search on chicken poo and found a web site that you had posted a link to that showed (had actual photos) of different kinds of "normal"chicken poo. I now do not have to worry. What a wonderful link. I learned so much. Thank you for posting that...I think you posted in something like 2009.

4,3,1,2,
I have posted that link many times. Glad it helped you. Now so many people have it, I rarely get to post it anymore.

They tend to grow bigger faster and are not supposed to crow? dunno never had one

I swear: I learn something new EVERY DAY...I did not know you could casterate a bird.

Hey CR,
I would like a raccoon proof cover for my garden pond. Is this something you might be interested in doing?

I remember Ward Cove Packing, but don't think I ever had a connection to it.
The names don't ring a bell. I graduated from KHS in '79. Left shortly thereafter.
Now TEMSCO
Do the names Bill Hornbaker, Roy Hornbaker ring any bells for you? Dad & Brother.

I don't think so. Removing the gonads, near the spine, makes me think the chicken version of eunuchs. More of a beautiful bird without the roos downfall.

Cool, Thanks for the link!

I have an old Kentucky Housewives cookbook with no measurements. There are surprisingly few possum recipes in it!

I'm interested in the soda syrups - we have a "SodaStream" but I do not like the syrups they sell for it. I mostly use it to carbonate water for mojitos; I finally found a use for all that mint in our yard! Today we used the excess syrup that we heated the peaches up in; it was good!

I still have to see it! I love our little theater in town and hoped to see it here, but we have just one screen, I did not pay attention to the dates and I mised it.
