So.....bought a new freezer, and do not want it out in the weather, so since the floor is done on the house...I, plans drawn in my hand, decided to go get a roll of linoleum and glue it down on the exact place the utility room & bathroom downstairs will be.
So we went to Oly today and did just that!
Got all the stuff, and a nice print of 12' X 18' lino to go on the floor.
Then we can set the freezer on it, and build the walls around the freezer.
Shucks I am so smart!
The lino also includes the bottom of the stairwell, and a bathroom, so.......
Go from the kitchen to the right & you are in the utility room, washer, dryer utility sink & freezer, (and to your extreme right is the bottom of the stairs) pass that and you are in the down stairs bathroom.
So...........now we seal the floor, leveler & glue linoleum down.
In a week or two we get 2 X 6 studs for the walls
