Yep, and can you believe he only weighs 4 lbs? We were hoping he'd exceed 5, but each time we visit the Vet's, he's been weighed in at 3.4, then 3.6, now 4.0

Even since he had his nuts done, he's grown and filled out quite a bit, but still, he's a tiny and delicate guy. Although he begs to differ!

The funniest part about snarling Chihuahuas is the growling snarling sounds so funny it is hard to take them seriously, probably why they are so mad, frustrated little dudes..they sound like alien chipmunks on Nitrous

I'm currently first in line for the big doghouse coop. She's going to take a picture and measure dimensions for me. If it's not too small and/or hideous (LOL), I may be asking for local able bodies to help me get it!

I am afraid of most dogs anyhow, so I am not one to talk about being scaredy of which kind... But, Illia, If I had ever seen YOUR big ol' dogs come through the door at work--I would probably just pass out.

I have 2 friends, living in different states, with diferent pit bulls, that have gone nuts & ripped the entire face off their little girl (then 4 yo) and the other repeatedly attacked whomever..for no apparent reason.
I myself have had to walk backwards 2 blocks to my GrandMother's gate..without taking eye contact nor turning my back on 3 pits that jumped their fence down the street...barely got in the gate & they attacked, just got my right hand as I shut the gate...sheesh!
Neighbors came out & saw me, and offered advise..like do not turn your back on them...*sigh*
I want nothing to do with them!

It is awful how many Goldens have early cancers and all sorts of skin & bone/joint problems now too!!!!!!
Once a bounding healthy hunting & guard dog, now reduced to a weak breed...sad.

Chickielady - His growls are hilarious! They're so nasally and cute.

But yes, I've heard of a Chihuahua taking down a bear by grabbing at its nuts. The bear actually bled to death. The owners were camping when it happened; a Park Ranger is who found the bear dead the next day.
