just got done with credit advising. 50-60% chance of graduating in may if they approve my transfer credits. otherwise i am screwed over badly. there are no classes i need offered in the summer, don't think any i need are in the fall, or i would of taken some now. i might have to wait an entire year to have all the credits to graduate.

I am in such a bad mood right now.... how am i supposed to get a job in my industry with the words "almost graduated, and oh i have to return to college in the spring" No one wants to hire you if you cannot commit and especially with out the degree. and for a few credits. i doubt i would even have 12, in which financial aid wouldn't look at me. and because i will have to comitt GPA suicide by taking 18 credits i won't even get scholarships if i have to catch a few more.... the cost of a few credits and housing is pointless. i would have to take other credits to make my extended stay here worth my time.....

I don't want to be a 5th year senior, who has never failed a class.... and the cost. $25,000 a year. I want to graduate so i can start working on an online MBA that WSU offers. but i can't even get into graduate school if i don't have the B.S.

The software for your degree audit is also outdated. how is it we are supposed to graduate if classes needed are eliminated and the new ones are not posted or if the graduation requirements change.

i am sorry to vent... but this stress level has overwhelmed me. and i am supposed to study for an exam tomorrow. i have to graduate, it doesn't make even economic sense to have to sit and wait for your degree.
the system is so messed up. how can they expect a student to graduate if the college can't even offer the classes for the student to complete. And the state wants to cut more funding from colleges.

That is a shock when someone is taken from you so suddenly. And sudden or not, it's always sad, especially when in your mind and memory they are so vibrant and alive. I'm very sorry...

Hey wait a minute...my parents always told me that a cow had 4 faucets...one gave whole milk, one gave fat free, one gave chocolate, and one gave strawberry milk. Are you telling me they were wrong?

Hook me up to the strawberry faucet.

I've always told my youngest that a brown cow provides chocolate milk, a white cow provides white milk, a "red" cow provides strawberry milk... then we have some cows that are hamburger cows, and steak cows, and roast cows, and some that are rib cows... Of course, he believed me!

But now he's starting to question my theories about them.

Iron levels can have a lot to do with it too - as in if you're low! I used to be anemic until my hysterectomy 6yrs ago. Always felt cold even on the hottest of days... my thyroid checked out every time and my BP stays within normal ranges even during moments of great stress. Anyway, since the hysterectomy, my iron levels have improved dramatically and I don't feel nearly as cold as I used to. (Oh, and my hormone levels indicate I'm not even peri-menopausal yet!) I've always done very well in places like Phoenix, AZ because of it - even in the middle of the summer!

Iron levels have nothing to do with Raynaud's, but they can effect the body's ability to carry Oxygen to muscles, etc, if you are "normal"
Increasing Iron if you have Raynaud's, does nothing but make you constipated...

Well, being as how this is a chatty thread and I didn't look through all the hundreds (??) of previous posts from the last time I was here - I was only responding to the comments I did happen to see (which are quoted). If they do have that, then you're correct. If not? Then my comment about iron levels may be another plausible explanation.

Feel like chicken poop today. Pretty much stayed inside on the couch all day.
I did get my 2 hard moulting girls back with the others.
It took two weeks and lots of extra TLC, protein and greens to get them back to normal.
Hopefully I don't have to go through this again. It really scared me, I thought they were goners!
I have found it much harder to spend time with the babies now that it is wet and cold out.
Guess I will just have to suck it up and wear a warm coat!
Just heard it is going to be close to freezing tonight, again. I keep worrying about the young ones(8-9 wks), but they have a little heat and are doing fine.
Well just wanted to say hi!

NICE rooster! If I could bend time and space I'd like to have him, but today I can barely bend my knees, so nope, alas.

Hope he stays around here; better chickens of all breeds are in all our interests.
