And again I never said I do that. I am now 6 months why would I wanna put anything in my lip now?? Because the last month has been challenging.

DH doesn't chew snuff...it was the bugs he put in his mouth...I think that is almost worse......but not anymore.

Hope is fading see he is diabetic and was told all his stuff was in his truck. They did find an elk that had been dressed and was missing the head.

I was talking to DH about it and we were thinking that I may have to remember to find things this coming Easter so I can have them next Christmas! It may feel weird planning for Christmas in April.(Is Easter in April this year?) Lol!

I use J-clips, like for rabbit cages, every 1-2 feet or so as needed.
Cheap, fast, done deal.

I use zip ties, or cable ties. Again, cheap, fast and easy.

I love zip ties. I am now using my second super large can of ties. I have also bought several large bags of the 4 inch zips too.

The chickens that we eat are not, never have been, nor ever will be pets. The Cornish X birds are not like other chickens. Most of them sit around the feeder, and poop a lot. They don't behave like other chickens. I think that they are rather stupid beasties. So I don't have any guilt about eating them. On the other hand I did feel a little guilt when we ate my sister's Cuckoo Marans Roo. He was very tasty.

I must say that I don't think that I could bring myself to eat the laying hens that I have named. We haven't eaten any of the roos that we have raised either. We usualy take them to the auction here in town.

I think that it would a lot of fun to make little chickens for the coops. I am going to have to think about this.......

I am so sorry. It is so cold up in the mountains now. I hope he isn't still suffering.

I just hate it when I give up. Maybe somehow there will be a miracle yet.
