I'll even take the uglies... I used them to fill the dog bed with..... wool mixed with some cedar oil in a big dogbed bag.... noo fleas, smells nice and dogs love the comfy warmth...

(uglies are all the short cutings not the "fleece" part, also called trimmings?)

I really want/need a good proven AM cockerel to breed my hens to as I want to work the AM's I have as well as work some of the Easter egg color hens.

I'll be putting my current boys in freezer camp come Monday (unless someone here wants one!)

You guys need to stop with the temptations! I'm already trying to figure out what I want to hatch in the spring and am thinking "Oh yeah, little Seramas would be cute." Beyond that I hadn't actually considered them staying here. I'm keeping fingers crossed your little peeper finds a new home this weekend anyway. Wasn't 4H Mom going to check with the 4H'ers to see if anyone wanted a pet? I'm afraid if I went to Monroe for a peeper that a puppy would end up jumping in my car too. I have as much resistance to taking in animals as I do for candy. And the results are both difficult to shed.

(All of my animals are pretty much here for LIFE.)

I hear you with the animals, we had a cat have kittens so now we have 5 kittens downstairs getting human friends, than I found a lab and fluffy pup on 169 heading to Black Diamond. Cant find the owners so told my DH that they are staying. Can you say 5 dogs upstairs and 2 cants downstairs 5 cats and one dog..

Not good... I would let the lab go to a great home, he's so sweet...

Oh oldest Son went to Arizona last week and he's not in the hospital, hes going to have day sugery to get a kidney stone removed... This kid just cant get a break!

Cuckoo Marans eggs can be exactly that color, with the tiny speckles & all.
My BCMs are darker than that (Came from Zgoatlady) and yes, they are very big!! My best layers!
