Edited (not) to add, if no home PT, then I have to go to the gym or PT for PT..............argh!!!!!!!

They charge my ins astronomical amounts for visits to play with a beach ball....roll the heel...I am sure some of you know what I mean.

Yup NASCAR how much talent does that take floor it turn left floor it turn left. Go up so all ya see is sand & sky and then pitch it sidways and go back down or launch it off the top now were talkin.
I no longer hunt but am NOT against it just have reasons. I like to fish and live on a great river for Salomon and Steelies. Crabbin and Clammin heck yeah. thats the stuff there.
Never been sturgeon fishin.

OK gotta go, get dinner on the table, having Venison Chilis ala Carol Shelby (one of those car guys) made with hominy, green chilis, and dotted with olives in a big tort, covered with sheeeeeeeeeesh, crema agria & cilantro, drizzled with lime & hot sauce.
I am way mean to my gut...but look mom, no beans!
