Today Diane went out to get a parrot cage out of the pump house. Broke a heat lamp and almost broke the water line. I ask why she was even in there trying to get the cage. Are ya ready for this She told me "I need that cage for my pocket chickens!" I told her but you don't have them and we don't know if we can even get any.

OK so lets keep this friendly and no hard feelings ok. It's all in fun.
Yes RR I know it is very difficult. Compared to mash the petal and hold in a straight line it for 1320'.

Yes I know there is skill involved. But TO ME it is just boring. See I raced flat track and rough scrambles with my ATV. And now my new thing is the sandrail. See ya have to have enough speed to get up and over 200'-300' but not too much or you will jump too far off the top. Anyone who hasn't done it would probably scream first time off the top and some may need to go change pants.
NASCAR is still BORING !

there you go, nascar is still boring. it is!! till the last lap or they wreck lol. I seen some good wrecks at evergreen. really good ones!

Hi everyone

been working a lot lately so I came back to over 20 pages unread. Ack~ there's no way I can read all that! Hope everyone's doing well.

We have two pullets laying now!

Green pullet eggs are so pretty next to the brown ones

Our neighbors that didn't like our chickens (or us) moved out; so when my husband saw the new owners moving truck pull up, he greeted them with 1/2 dozen green pullet eggs

She seems very interested in the chickens and was asking lots of questions and doesn't mind the chickens at all. I am so happy to have two friendly neighbors now!!!

Dawn, I saw in your signature line that you have a jersey giant. Do you know anyone with chicks right now, my sister wants a few to put under her broody hen with the marans she is hatching. So glad your new neighbors are nice, believe me, its a hassle when they don't care for roosters crowing

I don't know od anyone with pure black jersey giants but many peeps here do hatch. Does it have to be black jersey giants? or are there any other breeds?

Welcome to byc!

Thanks for the welcome, so nice! I don't know anything about jersey giants but I think my sissy said they come in white and black. She has other types of chickens, she has a knack for chicken math like you wouldn't believe! She would really like jersey giants, they don't seem to come up very often especially when you have a willing and able broody waiting!
