Here he is. He is SOOOO AWESOME calm polite and today I heard him crow for the first time since I got him almost 3 weeks ago. He chatters but just doesn't crow much.

Thanks for the welcome, so nice! I don't know anything about jersey giants but I think my sissy said they come in white and black. She has other types of chickens, she has a knack for chicken math like you wouldn't believe! She would really like jersey giants, they don't seem to come up very often especially when you have a willing and able broody waiting!

Checking in to say hi from Maui- where we do see a few chickies running around but not too many- Kauai is the one with chickens everywhere as they have no Mongoose population to munch the eggs and chicks. It is windy here- low 80s- not quite as sunny as I hoped but a sight better than WA right now, I'll bet. CR- your bell is hiding in the garage to be a present for my hubby when we get home. I think he'll love it. Merry Christmas everyone!
