I couldnt get pics from BYC so I coppied them to my harddrive and loaded them that way.

right, I was able to embed right from my hard drive but not my BYC album, I want to embed from the album and cant figure out how to do it, it only posts a link instead of the picture when copied from there, and when I click the image icon it gives me the choice to paste an url or search my computer, not my BYC album.

So far, I am really ticked about all this new stuff.
I deleted all my messages sent & recieved before the change, and today ALL my sent & received messages I have EVER had, back to the beginning of my time on BYC are BACK in my message folders!
Over 1oo pages !!!!!!!
I deted all received, which took forever, then went to sent which took forever & then to the trash..more forever and they are ALL in the trash & I cannot delete them!!!!!!!!!

So now we cannot see back pages of the forum, only the last post made ?
Impossible to read back posts then ?

I am not happy at all.

there are others reporting the same thing, there will be glitches and bugs but I am sure they will get worked out. I dont mind it, yes its different but its kind of fun to poke around and see how things work. not everyone likes change I guess but what can ya do?

Do you guys have every sent & received message you have ever made in your BYC life ????
Mine go clear back past April of last year!!!

I have not even tried to get to my pictures....

Hope they are not 'lost'

Asfar as back posts I just went back to before the switch with no problem. Also in aqoute where you see Where it names who originally posted and click the green arrowit will take you to the quote.

It is even taking so much longer to even post a smiley & wait for the little box to pop up, then click it...........

Was much easier before when they were all right there ..Ok I guess I will go do something more productive.

CR I deleted all my PMs before the switch...they are all BACK clear to April of 2010 !!!!!!
I have deleted PMs every day I am on BYC as soon as they were read !
Well, they are all back.

Well, I'm still not getting email notifications of new messages, plus my password didn't work, and when I requested it be emailed to me, nothing!

Luckily, Norton has it stored, or my browser does (finally I remembered how to do it).

Yes it's hard getting used to new stuff.

OK PLEASE keep in mind I am no compter wizz. I have seen them telling lots of people with "slow issues" to make sure they have the most current version of what ever browser you are running.

Yes all of my PM's were back too. I just clicked on Select then ALL then Delete. Gone to the trash but I don't know how to empty the trash.

So far it looks like my pics are still there.
I also am not getting e-mail notice for posts and have reported a bug there. But check this out e-mail notice of PM and FROM MY E-MAIL I can reply. Pretty cool to me.

PATIENCE peeps it will all work out. Trust me (scarry from a guy who hides his face right) I hate change too but after being able to play in the sand box I have been soo eggscited about the new site.
