Thanks. The oldest made it. The middle son got 5th at Regionals...which is great. His day was just off and he did not make the "cut" for state. Had to be in the top 4. He seems okay, he assured me that he was cool with it...he still has 2 more years (he is a sophmore)..he promised me state in at least 1 of those 2 years. Oldest won Regionals for his weight bracket 285 lbs. Very proud.

I had a fun, interesting and slightly exciting afternoon. I got to send a scumbag to jail. Long story short He had stolen knives from Walmart then tried to take an employee hostage. I didn't know all these details when I chased him down and kept him cornered for the cops. When the first cop (who I knew) got there and not so nicely told the guy what he would do if he didn't show hands I knew it was serious stuff. At least I got to get in his face and compliment him on his nice bracelets just before they put him in the car !

My God, becareful. People like this can be unstable (sheesh look who I am talking to - I'm just kidding)...seriously though...bad guys are not nice. Hope you are okay.

Um Nope No cover on it. Their bodies are to heavy for them to fly so I am not really worried about them getting out. At 2 1/2 weeks mine are weighing in at 1 lb 5/8 oz. They are way to lazy to make the attempt to get out. Mine hardly even stand up lol. I agree they are fat piggies. My husband has caught them many a time layin on top of the food eatting. I was just worried about it being to cold. I have a 250 watt heat lamp on them. I have extras if it breaks. I think I am gonna cover the sides with cardboard and maybe part of the top just to help hold in the heat and heat it over night and temp it and go from there. Hopefully it will be above 60 and then I can put them outside.

CL - I tried emailing you the pics of Phoenix, but for some reason it kicked back to me as undeliverable...?? Have you been getting emails? I'll have to try again tomorrow, I'm getting ready to walk out the door to go to work.

When Pettec63 (Julie) was here last Friday, she had to see the various aged Buckeye chicks...and was oh so in Love with your babies ! She reached in the brooder box & up jumps a chick & went to snuggle right up on her next (maybe it is all that red hair !)

Wow that was beautiful. I <3 horses. So Sad what happened to her.

My gosh...just went and watched a bunch of this woman's rides on you tube. Fantastic. How sad about the horse. Since I can't seem to get all the "quotes" when I hit quote (how do you guys do this?)...um that word you said that the mare had hurt herself in the stable and died from her injuries. What happened? Why would she do this?

As far as I know I am getting e-mails, "talked" to Monte all morning & just had an e-mail from TotalClour....hmmmmmmmmmmm maybe it had too many pixels ?
Sometimes I have to send several e-mails with less pixels instead of 1 big one.
