Well I was trying to reply to Kaneke, but the fricken thing keeps trying to do a multiple quote and I can't get it off! so to Kaneke, sorry about the printer thing, yea, that's a tough spot there, hope it comes in today, and I do believe snail mail is getting worse!! Terry said, they may go bankrupt!!???

sigh.. anyone have any cheap eggs? I just lost 2 batches of eggs...
1 due to my bumping the incubator and well... crash testing eggs is a bad idea.
2 due to bad shipping/packing 16 broken on arrival and the rest look pretty bad (detached aircells, porous shells etc) they are in the bator but not much hope.
that is 90% of my egg money gone and no chicks to show.

RW, I have a lot off eggs, but not purebred. I'm in West Olympia. (you can have bunch free if mutts are ok; EE's Cornish, Wyandottes, Sussex, Barred Rock, Ameruacana, with Icelandic Roos.)

. . .
I do not want a hissing snapping male Skovie though...seen the ones TotalColour has, beauties but big & mean !
They ever bite you ?

CL! Big and beauteous yep, MEAN, NO! Never had one bite. But the claws are, well . . . BIG and sharp

(and none of them hissed at you either!)

CL, did I thank you for the eggs?

I'm looking forward to a Roo - I need a big one 'cus although the Icees are considered LF, they really aren't much bigger than banties. I have a few really nice EE's (well the feed store calls them Ameruacanas, but we know the difference) and although they lay really big eggs, they are not very big birds. Besides, I'm not sure how an Icee on an EE would look, with muff, beard and crests! Weird, huh!

What I'm looking forward to are crested Cornish, now that would be funny!

I went white-water rafting in Alaska when I was 7 mo pregnant with Alex! Next pregnancy was spent in bed, but at least I got to do a bunch the first time around.

I don't envy you - glad my pregnancy days are over but I do miss having newborns, and that pride you get before your kids start talking back.

I'll see if I can get someone to repair my chair for you to use. It reclines like a dentist chair and is so comfy! Last summer we slept out in the yard one night to watch the meteors and Alex tried to get the chair to go flat. It is not designed to do that and the back supports broke.

With Chloe I was laid up in bed from 4 months on, due to heart and loung issues. This time around Ive been able to keep going, but now with sickening contractions, being the only licensed driver, work, farm chores, chloe, ect... Im done. 4 days ago I fell backwards over a bale of alfalfa, and sence then the BH contractions have been very severe, every day about 5-6 a day. My job is just too physical, and my Dr. is iritated that Ive waited this long to stop.

Chloe makes me proud every day. I know I am biased but she is just too smart for a 3 year old. And she already talks back, is wilfull and stubborn, and has quite the vocabulary.

My next Dr.s appointment is on the 29th, so I will ask her then about taking a trip to Monroe.

Whoo hoo! Just made my reservations for the Stevenson show! My gf and I will be staying at Best Western Plus Columbia River Inn. I'm so excited! I think it's a beautiful drive from here - hope the weather is nice. I need to leave plenty of room for the tiny eggs I'll be picking up - plus who knows what other goodies I might score while I'm there?

Did I mention I really like these?

Are you going to the Monroe show? I could bring you some Brabanter eggs.
