Best let DH do it.............please tell me you will !!!

I said something to DH. He gave me the "you are crazy" look. Yes, he will deal with them and it will be done outside what ever it is he is going to do with them.

k thanks guys for your help. I am trying to figure out if I want one BIG coop divided into pens or if I want a few smaller coops. Ideally I want about 25 - 30 hens. With maybe 3 or 4 Roos. I do want a few different breeds as well. So many choices... UGH

Turkeys: 50 X 150 feet pen, coop is 20 X 15 feet. (high roosts !)

Cuckoo Marans: coop is 8 X 8 feet and pen is 25 X 15 feet and they are let OUT daily.

Layer flock: coop is 8 x 8 and pen is 25 x 40 feet...................assorted hens, some for show (don't want the cocks taking their back feathers off) some are just for egg layers.

Javas: pen is 20 X 30 feet and coop is 8 x 12 feet
Buckeyes
same as Javas
I have 4 coops, divided into duplixes, and a brooder room, and a hatcher room.
The brooder room has 3 brooder pens, and each consective hatch is moved westward, (and once they have their Vaccines they are let OUT ) and the final pen has a coop door which opens to a 25 x 60 pen run for the babies, and I plant range seed, perment pasture & grasses for them.

Hope this helps !

Cough!
Which one ?????????????? I have five right now.............each has a different breed.
What you need to do is calculate what YOU WANT and then build it.............but I am warning you...it will get bigger than you think, htching, brooding...flock replacers, it goes on~~~~
