VERY noisy...a lot more so than Sebbies or Africans....the only ones I've ever been around were obnoxiously loud and meaner than the dickens! LOL BUT I'm sure there are exceptions to that--just never met them.

What are you looking for in geese? Meat? Eggs and meat? Weed/grass eaters? Lawn ornaments? Tolouse are not nearly as loud, have better carcasses and are better tempered than either white or brown Chinese....

I wake at 6:30 am, and there was little snow overnight. The roads were still plowed from yesterday. I was Eggshausted, so I napped another 3 hours. When I woke at 9:30, we had 4 new inches of snow and it was coming down heavy. I drove to Bellevue. The roads were a mess; nothing had been plowed. I slid down the hill to NB, got onto a very slushy I-90. passed Snuqualmie and 10 feet later, no more snow! get to Preston and ther is sun from there all the way to the 148th street exit.. Sunny at the off ramp, Sunny at BCC, dive another 10 feet downhill and the sky is dark, it is snowing, there is packed ice all over the roads, cars ad trucks are sliding everywhere! Much worse that in North Bend. It was only 30 up here, snow on the roads, but not much ice. On 148th, it was 34 and cars were sliding and crashing everywhere! drove about 2 miles and it was rain sun mix. Came back home, snow was still dumping down here, but I followed the plow up the hill.

It is still 48-50 degrees here & sun/with clouds, but it is bone chilling cold of 49 degrees.

I Forgot to mention that after 26 years and 11 months and 10 days the DD FINALLY move OUT on her own !!!!

BUT its only a little one bedroom and I don't see the DW suitcases packed so I guess shes NOT going with her

So with the DD gone !! that brings up a little problem. "What to do with her bedroom???" See, her bedroom was an old 10 ft X 23ft lean-to on the back of the garage. My best friend and I turned it into a real cute little bedroom. The DW wants to keep it as a spare bedroom.

I WANT to turn it into a CHICKEN coop

just think how many MORE chickens I could get ????????? 30 maybe even 40

Now being the understanding and reasonable guy that I am.... I told the DW I would put a bed in the corner of the coop

she said NO WAY

I mean come on, Its NOT like I was going to put it right under the roost

the only one that would use the spare bed would be her twin sis and her hubby

Why are women so unreasonable ???

37 º here and droppin fast. Wind has picked up and **** it's cold out there. Going to need to build a fire in the wood stove tonight. Chickens need puttin in, back soonest!
