VERY nice little birdies.
Sadly I am not going to make it to Monroe to get some from you. I will be watching for you to go by so I can head south on a shopping trip to La Centre!

The Great Dane Puppy has been very very hard on my back yard. Come to think of it she has been hard on the house too. I don't understand why people think short haired dogs shed less. I know without a doubt, that the Great Danes are much worse, than a couple of Komondork in the house. I think I have found my next dog. I am going to Lynnwood tomorrow and do what ever I need to, to get Oso home with me. Here are pictures of him. http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/22296758

So has anyone recently adopted from the Paws shelter? I am going to take proof of our mortgage, but what else might they want? I just don't want to have to drive to Lynnwood more than once. At least I can drop off my daughter's dogs to her on the same trip.

It can be so hard to be at Grammy's house. Grammy did learned about the power of a spray bottle.

Now it's just plain boring around here.

Oh this baby looks so wonderful !http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/22296758
I adopted our jack from a search for flock guardian breeds, and found him on this very website 2 years ago !

Jack, is just now approaching 2 yrs old and intermediate sanity~~~~~~~~~~~~ Most times he is NUTS!!!!!! But still very much a puppy even though a 80 pound puppy~~~~~~~~~
He is a rescue, a breeding of Aussie and Pyranees........................imagine that ! And there was Momma, big White Pyranees no one was taking care of

and 4 puppies.
I took Jack. And we love him, and he has a social love with the birds that is hysterical to watch.
He is flock guardian here...this freckle nosed orphan boy.

I haven't but have heard of others experiences.
Based on those experiences I'd definitly call first and find out exactly what is required. Different counties have different rules.
Better to call then have your heart broken.

Thank you for the heads up. They are very hard to get through to a person. They have a massive phone system that is almost impossible to get a real person. It is the same way with the King County Animal Control. It makes me want to not bother. But this boy already has a place in my heart, so I will fight for him. I'm going to go read their site for as much info as I can get. It will be heartbreaking if the require the dog to stay in the County. I have seen a lot of rescue groups do that. I think it really limits the available homes for the dogs.

OK, going to deal with DH.....he is very happy tonight, and after the Babtist Minister came by to buy chickens, DH came over all happy to talk...and used some "ICKY" language but hard for me to get him to shut up...........Another shut up & have respect issue.
We had a "Talk" after the pastor left...and DH is saying "whatever" which is what he usually says at that point of alcohol.............he turns into yet another entity, we (I ) have named "Shirley" as everything outta his mouth is "sure"

Needless to say, after 50 years I have Shirely PENNED.....it is a constant exercise...and I have to keep after Shirley 24/7...But I am on her big time. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is funny, but is wearing me thin............and not the good way of "thin"

Goodnight peeps !!!!!

In the next 2 weeks, I will uncover the cabinet incubator & plug it in~~~~~~~~~~~~and then we will have multitudes of babies in all breeds I have.

Now, I must go out in the woods after Shirlie.
