As far as the ColeSlaw recipe::



Chickie's Cole Slaw !


A half batch,

1 can pineapple tid bits in their own juice (reserve juice for dressing)
2 bags coleslaw shredded cabbage
2 shredded granny smith apples
1 cup craisins OR box of golden raisins
Dressing:
1 cup Canola Mayo (I do not eat soy oil)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 bottle LITE HOUSE COLE SLAW dressing
Now taste it, if too sharp, add more sugar, if not "zippy" enough, add a bit more lemon juice.

And now you whip in the saved pineapple juice until it is thick, but not too runny..........toss the rest of the pineapple juice.
TOSS~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have made this with 1 bag of cole slaw shredded cabbage & 1 bag Trader Joe's shredded broccoli slaw............AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

We (DW and I) had a great time today. Thanks so much to those who made it happen.
Once again I was told thank you for bringing the food and once again I told them that it WASN'T me. It was the wonderful group of friends I have. I also had a couple ask if we were going to do this again at the winter brisk. They said they want to bring food too.

To those who I didn't get to meet. Sorry I missed you.

And to all others I had a blast and so enjoy these times.

Just got home! Whew! LONG two days! It was nice seeing everyone again--and meeting some new people--plus, I sold almost everything I needed to (came home with the Houdan bantams) and lots of hatching eggs--oh and a new pair of American Buffs from Sheryl Butler--but other than that--I was "good."

Got one BB, two RB, two 1sts, 2nds.
