Hi everyone, This is Ron's wife, Diane. The surgery went well although the doctor said the tear was worse than first thought. It took about an hour and a half. We got home about 4:00 and he took a short nap - just had a little soup and toast so he could take a pain bill. He feels nauseous but not constant. He will be typing with one finger now so might not be on for a day or two but never fear, he'll be on here. He appreciates everyone's prayers and well wishes.

Good news and thank you for the update. Prayers for a fast and easy recovery.

U dont know me but keep your head up Ron! I just had shoulder surgery after a motorcycle crash my op took 4 hours was supposed to take 1 ! Just don't get Down ! the road to recovery is always a tuff one but keep the faith and do the PT and it will all work out! best wishes !

yes that is the one I take, the benefits of a normal life outweigh the risks that I might get cancer, and its an easy curable cancer. not that any are easy but its not a death sentence. without it I dont have a life other than lay in bed in pain all day. I will take the drugs


yes of course quality of life is obviously a big factor!! Benefits and risks, as long as a person educates themselves!! That is whats important!! glad it helps you!! Sorry I wasn't able to catch back up with you at the show!!

Honestly. The only thing I am worried about really is, the what ifs of going into labor. The main one being. What if Im driving around with my daughter, and go into labor... I wouldnt have anyone to help, may or may not have to call medics. If I DO wind u going with medics, who would take care of chloe until family arives.

Maby Im over thinking things. But thats how I am. lol
