I miss her every day.....I miss her black velvet ears and her reassurance that all is well on the farm...she knew when to alert me to predators.and she was happy to be with the chickens/goats/lambs/chicks......and I miss her still !!!!!!!!!

Oh by the way dont do what I did. My incubator is full full full and I have these stupid eggs, now I have to re think it all..

So, I put an ad on CL for duck eggs and I get a response. This man wants partially developed eggs for this specialty Filipino dish. He's willing to pay extra. I think they boil the eggs, then take out the embryos and deep fry them. Not sure. We got a ton of eggs so he's coming over this weekend. We can always put more eggs in the 'bator!

I think that you will want to let it "rest" for 2 or 3 days (in the fridge). Let it "age". I think if you cook it immediately it will be a bit tough.

I did... I sealed it with my food saver and put in the fridge to set. Then I am gonna put it in my brand new freezer.

Hey now, Lol-I talk to seramas all day long!! I was visiting Dan who was selling and Steph was selling seramas. I had none to sell. But I bought a sign from Rob. It was a busy day for me. I had to darn many birds. I had 22 and it was to many but I had to put the babies on the table to see what they would do. I went to the restroom and saw peeps grubbing and didnt even tink about it and later it dawned on me BYC....I went over and no one was there. the all ran I think???
