I'll sho him the big P___ head. So now Im on a mission... He'll be sorry he ever said that!!

How dare him...Gett'em....I get the same thing from my DH....show him how it is done.

Okay, talking to myself again.
Had 2 surprise Seramas hatch today.
Got peas, cabbage, potatoes and onions planted yesterday. I have to haul water because the irrigation is not on until the first of May. I stilll need to plant my ruhutabagas and parsnips. These are so good roasted.

Today focused on getting the extra pen done for my seramas that are getting bigger.

I have friends who have it, what I have I need to keep for my soap making. What you can do is the gorcey store should have it. I can also look up some people your way and see if they will let you have some. Give me a day or so to do that.

Thanks so much... I have looked around here and havent found any raw goats milk anywhere. I didnt know you made soap I will have to look and see what kinds you have. I might just get some from you )

It's my BIL who owns the auger in our farming neighborhood; it works well in clay, has to be backed-up and restarted when it gets rocks bigger than about 8" diameter, and you still have to get the digging bar for truly massive boulders.

But I digress- did I derive correctly that you're in Brinnon? I know Winthrop and Roslyn were mentioned. I've got friends from Yelm now in in Winthrop, and a dear FoF lived there in her retirement. She'd run one of the climbers hostels in Talkeetna until she turned 70 and decided she needed more warmth in her life. Like so much else in life it depends where you're coming from, I guess.

I am in Brinnon, yes.  All the issues you mentioned with digging holes magically become the problems of Guy With Auger I Hire and not mine.  I hire him to dig holes for fence posts - I don't care if he digs them with a spork.

That's the thing about actually hiring somebody to do the job, rather than having them do it out of family obligation: in the latter case, the worst rocks are always the problem of the owner.

Quote: Trust me...I am focusing. I don't want to have to do all that. I will be exercising and eating better. I think I am going to join weight watchers on line...to help keep me on track. that way I have to document and "answer" to someone (thing).
I would be willing to share a VERY good eating "PROGRAM" NOT DIET that works very well. Has nothing expensive to buy. It is all regular things from your favorite grocery store. It is just a matter of what you eat. Dump the carbs !

But carbs are yummy...I like carbs. That is the hard one. I am actually sitting here craving a cracker. Actually, sliced cabbage seems to get rid of my craving for crackers...crunchy, almost salty flavor. Raw cabbage...who knew?
