Depending how much you want, and how many sand crabs (children) you have, it may be easier & cheaper to call a landscaping outfit (Sand & Gravel) and have a few yards delivered.

Yeah things have changed alot...even in the 6yrs of living here. Not to mention I used to work up here from 02-04' & fell in love with this place, it changed alot from then too. Myers Rd is still dangerous to try to make the turn from 410 just before the Dairy Queen light. Its in the middle of the hill & you have to cross 2 lanes of traffic going 45+mph.No worries. Just let me know if you end up wanting me to try to incubate some for you.
I grew up next to Lake Jane. Back when I lived there - all the roads were gravel. Bonney Lake wasn't even a city yet - and the only restaurant that was even in the area was the Dairy Queen that sits atop Hwy 410. Shoot! I just dated myself...now I'm starting all those "back when I was a kid" stories.

Everything looks so nice, you have been working hard and it sure show. Luck you..Such a beautiful evening! I would love nothing more than to go join DH out on our back deck overlooking the new patio with a Mike's Hard Lemonade and watch the girls enjoying themselves free ranging in the yard again. Unfortunately I have to go to the wine shop for the next three nights to work Private Wine Tasting Parties. They're great for business though and I only have to be there a couple of hours.
I got the English Orpington babies in the mini-coop yesterday and we all survived their first night outside (although I did spend the night with my slider door open in my bedroom just to make sure I could hear them in case of an emergency). They are doing fine today. DH and I will be working on the VF coop this weekend in anticipation of moving the Silkies out there.
Today I planted my giant wooden boxes with Omega 3 Forage mix for the chicken's own salad bar. I felt guilty since the landscaping took all their mud and weeds away so now they'll have their own areas for grazing.
DH and I are going to work more in the yard the next few days to get it pretty in anticipation of my sweet Lily returning from her summer school in Italy on Wednesday next week. I can't wait to see her!
I've said it before but it's true - sunny days make me feel more optimistic - they definitely motivate me to get work done outside. I don't mind the rain but it makes me appreciate the sunshine all that much more.

It's a work in progress - but here's our new paver stone patio leading up to Dan's "Back 40" deck. Before there was only dirt, some scraggly grass patches and not much else.
Those are the big wooden boxes I planted Chicken "Salad Bar" in today.
