I started all the birds on the bleach solution this morning. They have been on vitamins/electrolytes for a few days and were all acting perfectly healthy (as is Princess, yay!!) but they were all having watery poops like someone posted about a couple days ago. So weird! All poops seemed normal but had excess water all around them, and it's totally NOT hot here so that isn't the problem. Hopefully whatever is causing the water poo will be taken out by the bleach water. I had to figure out a different ratio than the 2c/gal solution (and of course, using only 2Tbsp of that per gallon in the waterer) because my only small container for the solution holds 24 ounces, LOL! So yeah, if you need to make the solution in 24oz bottle, add 3oz bleach for the solution.

Save a 1 gallon milk jug for making & storing the solution.
And the watery poops should clear up in a day or two of having the solution in their water.

Anybody have any magic recipe for getting skunk smell out of your yard if you know exactly where the spray is?? I know how to get the smell off a dog, but.....

maybe try that "Nature's Miracle" type spray that is supposed to get rid of cat wee wee.
Other than that, maybe try the bleach solution 100% in a spray bottle.
The wee wee is oily and the solution will 'cut' it and then hose it off.

It was in a drawer !!!!

One time I was up on the roof sealing a sky light, set the phone down so I would not scratch it scooting around on my butt...and forgot it.
I carried all my tools down the ladder & went inside.
ALL NIGHT I could hear the thing ringing (the skyligjt was right above me) but went crazy & could not find it !

The next day I finally retraced my steps and realized where it was !
