So 2 of my hens started laying(YAY)! My husband and I are super stoked. Those eggs make one hell of a breakfast.
I forgot to put them in order of date laid though, whoops. Any way to tell if my eggs are ready to hard boil or not? I know you have to wait a period of time.

Use an insta pot…. Works perfectly every time no matter how old the eggs are

Start with room temp eggs. 5 minute hi pressure, 5 minute rest then release pressure, 5 minute ice water bath.
