I feel much better lately. I was pretty bad this past fall so I do wonder if it could have something to do with the days getting longer now haha thart were soooo short for a while

I’m mostly good now though unless I forget to take care of myself lol sleep, eat, drink, etc.

Also I’ve been taking magnesium and riboflavin supplements which was supposed to be for my migraines (also has helped that) but maybe it is also helping my mood???? Haha
That's good. Winter has a way dragging you down.

It is definitely a waste when I have a to-do list as long as my forearm and my house is a disaster.

I can't waste brainpower that I don't have.

How does one forget to eat?
It's fairly easy. Simply allow yourself to get absorbed into a task, and voila, it's bedtime and you haven't eaten or drank anything at all.

:lau I suppose if it’s your form of procrastination like the phone is to me, then it might be bad but even so, you are still using/engaging your brain and keeping it sharp even if it’s over something you won’t use. Your brain doesn’t care. Better than mindless scrolling and brain numbing stuff haha

Never fear, she's already harped on me about it, repeatedly. I do make my best effort to stay mindful of what I need to stay healthy. I've made it this far without falling over. :old
 
I just went outside (with no coat cause I thought I’d be out for just a sec) and did a ton of sprints. First all the way down the driveway then walked a bit to cool off then sprinted all the way back down then did 4 more shorter (but still pretty long) sprints then walked all the way back down the driveway and back to cool off. Also did 51 jumping jacks before I went outside. I am dying. :lau :th

I never run. Barely even walk. :oops: let alone so much freaking sprinting :lau :th
