That's good. Winter has a way dragging you down.I feel much better lately. I was pretty bad this past fall so I do wonder if it could have something to do with the days getting longer now haha thart were soooo short for a while
I’m mostly good now though unless I forget to take care of myself lol sleep, eat, drink, etc.
Also I’ve been taking magnesium and riboflavin supplements which was supposed to be for my migraines (also has helped that) but maybe it is also helping my mood???? Haha
