You wouldn't be so sore if you did this every day.Apparently I am determined not to lose today because in addition to all that running and all those jumping jacks and working on the coop today, I also did 10 push ups, 30 sit ups, a plank and a few other stretches and stuff including the cobra pose a couple times to stretch my back lol

Fire him!I wasted time fussing at one of my guys for not answering the radio when he was supposed to. It was his job to answer the call and he did but never showed up to actually perform the work. I guess I also wasted my breath. I will think about all the wonderful people here that go the extra mile and maybe that will be enough to make my day get back on the right track...
