Watching Nervously!

I have read quite a few of similar posts but I think I just need some reassurance so bear with me! So this morning I had 4 pip, just a bump. About an hour later one chick zipped its way around and came right out of the shell. All good and healthy! the other ones are still the same as they were this morning. So the one is hopping around and the others are the same as they were 6 hours ago. Should I be worried? The incubator has been closed and humidity is between 68 and 72.

It can take 24hrs from pip to zip, my last hatch I had 1 chick take a day and a half. I know it hard but just be patient
