Can't help you with a done deal but I can fix you up with 1/2" to 1/2" slip with 1/8" thread T. You can just screw them into.

He has a great waterer. Anyway, I was hoping to put a piece of tubing to the cooler so I could put the pvc and cups inside with the cooler outside the coop. I have a cooler but that's as far as I've gotten. Lol

I will have to get out the cooler and figure out what exactly I need. I know those Rubbermaid upright coolers that were made long ago(like mine) have a different sized spikot than the newer ones. I guess if I had the T like the one in the video, I can connect it to clear tubing. I can find the right fittings, I just didn't know how to put the water cups in the pvc. Clear as mud?? Lol
