Water feeder - screw on inverted soft drink bottle

Found these on eBay. Approx au$2 each delivered. Currently testing setup, hangs better in corner, needs an improved design to hold the bottle vertical and water feeder horizontal.

One thing I’ve learned is hang the water and food above pooper level. This setup makes it easy to adjust height as the flock grows.

You can get creative and make an advanced style holder.. Translation;; Where you slip in a bottle and it holds in place with little effort. Easy to remove and refill. Soda bottles are the choice,, because the plastic is thicker/sturdier. Water bottles are made with extremely thin walls, and are flimsy.
Another suggestion,,, would be the size. Can you get 2 liter bottles?? The thread size is same as the smaller bottles.

I have some similar to this principle. Could not find the exact ones that I have in quick search. I have had these for many years, and the plastic bowl style may have been changed. I keep a few of these in different areas of yard to take care of all the pets that visit. (mostly my cats)

They're meant to be hung on the outside of the wire with the drinking part inside, like on a cage with vertical bars, that's why they're not sitting quite right the way you have them.
