I was blessed with one or two eggs most days all winter. I had a pair of last summer chicks that laid until January and then molted, and I had this years summer chicks start - and one old biddy. Enough for our fresh egg eating if I am careful.

Then I used the water glass eggs for baking or scrambled eggs. Really I was quite pleased with the results. And for some reason this last jar I used - I had several eggs come out without breaking. I just checked the label it was jar 2. Out of 4 .5 gallons.

If you would love the challenge of NOT buying eggs in the winter... when the summer glut comes on - put some up for the long dark days of winter.

??? Water glassing ??? I'm gonna look it up, but would you mind sharing your setup? I'm finding that, at my age, I am much healthier with eating more eggs. (I didn't know they had calcium, vitamin d, etc.) I live in a very exclusive community, and I'm the one being excluded, if you understand my meaning. (I want all my eggs to myself, unless the people getting them actually appreciate the love and care my girls and my family and I put into these eggs.)

TLDR: I want to keep all my eggs. How do I do this magic you speak of.
