WAter logged chick?

i have a seven day old chick.. yesterday chick walked around some. This morning it looked like chick was tired. It did get up and go to food. I'm not sure if it ate anything or just laid down . Maybe an hour later I saw chick opening And closing mouth. I dipped the very tip of the beak into water. Chick acted like she drank it but kept opening and closing mouth And a few minutes later had a bubble forming once in a while. The chick seems tired still and once in a while opens and closes beak. I haven't seen anymore bubbles for an hour and a half. I have been rubbing her back and where I think the crop is (rubbing her neck). Any suggestions?
