Water logged chick?

Yes I also would bring in the other chick. The little one right now probably needs more comfort than mama. I’ve heard a feather duster can help. They nuzzle up in the feathers. I could help. Yes that is the hard part about owning and raising any animal

I second the feather duster! Even with a brooder full of chicks, I find that a duster or two with real feathers helps keep the chicks feeling more safe/comfortable and therefore more quiet :)

I brought in another chick and that one was chirping louder than the other. I don't have a feather duster so I did grab up fallen feathers from the other chickens anf ducks.. making a pile in the brooder

That'll probably help :)
Have some patience and give the little one some time and they should be good.
If not, you can try sneaking both back under the broody when it's dark out and she's asleep, then the next day she'll never know (normally)
