Water mixtures

Does anyone mix acv, electrolytes and vitamins in the water feeders at once? Is it OK to mix the 3 together?

I live in the South and have used electrolytes in fresh water every day with a high over 90 the last two summers. It slimes up the water and makes mold grow on the waterers, so I had to scrub them daily. Yesterday I started adding a tablespoon of ACV to a gallon. The waterer wasn't slimy this morning. I don't add vitamins. I have laying hens.
