water poop from many weeks!

hello one of my young pigeons having Watery poop! ( there’s fecal and clear water) like chickens produce during heat

it’s been few weeks i’ve tried antibiotics doxycycline, metronidazole, now tetracycline no improvement
tried probiotics no improvement

any help?

I only have one Pigeon, thankfully she's had no problems so far. I'm still very new to them and haven't really taken the time (yet) to study and read up on Pigeon health to be comfortable enough to make any suggestions.

Hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts and suggestions.

i im with pigeons since 2 years none face this issue by far touchwood but this issue is out of my head
