Water test candling/need help

I have a quail egg that wobbles a bit when putting it in warm water, but i'm not sure at what age the baby is because it is the last remaining egg and the eggs before with dead quails inside have been laid with many days in between them.

I did have 3 quails that hatched or tried to but died in the end.

I hear no pipping, i'm not sure what to do since the mother isn't going back on the nest. It's under a heat lamp now.

Can somebody give me some advise perhaps? Thank you so much?

Make sure to raise the humidity or it will die but keep it under the lam

I spray it very lightly every few hours and turn it over. I know it's most likely a hopeless situation but i feel like i still want to give the quail a change.

Are there any other ways i can keep the air humidified?

I use a wet rag and put it in my incubatior that helps

Do i need to put the egg on the rag?? Or just near or around the egg?
