Does anyone know, is the threading the same? Unscrew one, screw in the other?

Probably, thread the new ones in very carefully so as not to cross thread, hand tighten and check for leakage.

All the nipplers/ cups are 1/8 national pipe thread and I agree with aart they are plastic so go easy and you will be leak free. My 2 cents worth is I like the horizontal nipplers A Lot.... cups not so much.
