I have a small spring on my property I sent a sample to penn state for testing It came back as everything is OK except the total Coliform Bacteria was 31 They say most Coliform Bacteria is harmless. My dogs drink it all the time.Anyone know if it would be OK for chickens to drink.I Emailed penn state but they never replied.

Don't rely on what I say - I wouldn't want you losing your flock on my advice!! But I can't think it would be harmful to chickens - they drink from rain puddles with various barnyard feces in it...animals and birds are quite resilient. Good luck to you!

I got a answer from Penn State Extension Anything under 50 PPM is within acceptable limits for poultry. Mine is 31 PPM so I'm good
