waterer designs?

hi guys, i plan on getting some new chicks, what kind/design of waterer can i use? mine always gets dirty and full of wood shavings. what can u suggest?

Nipple waterer works best every time. I use nothing else now fro hatch to full grown. No need to teach them just hang it and they will find it.

May not be good for chicks... maybe for 8-10 weeks though.
