Has anyone ever tried this? I'm talking about the kind they sell at home improvement stores that you roll onto flat roof surfaces to make them waterproof. I think the last time I used some on my mother's patio roof in Arizona it was white. It comes in 5 gallon buckets, and I think it would be pretty cost effective. Would LOVE to be able to easily spray out inside my coop and not have to worry about rot or mold. I'm also thinking it would seal up any small cracks that mites could live in. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
