Watery/bubbly eye in rooster

Okay so here’s a pic of today with the scab completely healed and fell off underneath his eyelid, he had very little bubbles in the corner of his eye but it’s more so watery than bubbly to be fair… could it have been a infection from a scratch/peck I wonder cause it did start a day after I noticed he has scratches around his eye and I don’t wanna risk it being MG and having to cull him and the hen because I don’t want my other roosters and hens catching this if it is(all my roosters and chickens are in pens they don’t free range interacting with eachother and the first day I noticed the eye bubbly/watery I immediately removed the pair far away from the pens btw)
