Some of my chickens (2 years old) have watery diarrhea. I took a few samples to the vet, samples were from the roost in a couple places and then from the ground where one pooped as I was watching. I gathered up what I could, but the sample wasn’t great. Took it all in, vet found nothing. They haven’t been wormed, so I’m going to do that. But my question is-he wanted to treat with antibiotics, thinking maybe the diarrhea is from a bacterial infection? However, he advised tossing eggs for 2 months. Can I use Tylan to treat this instead of the one he’s wanting to use?

No clue about the Tylan, what is the Vet recommending?
Could we get a pic of the diarrehea?
Is it possible that it's alot warmer so they're drinking alot more water?
Are you feeding them "watery" treats?
Have you checked their feed for mold?

I can’t remember the name of what he was recommending, I’ve never heard of it.
I can try to get a pic of the diarrhea, yes
It’s actually been cooler and haven’t noticed them drinking more water
We don’t give treats except BOSS once in awhile
And no mold in the feed

So I’m at a loss ;)
