Watery discharge/poop ?

Hello. One of my 2 months australorp cockerel is having watery discharge. There is some poop in it which is of normal color,but most of it is water. Is it normal during summers or do I need to worry?

It is normal during hot temperatures. They drink a lot of water to stay cool, and that water just comes right out them. If you are in the northern hemisphere right now, I wouldn’t worry.

i had the same problem with one of my pulets, but before i could do anything it stopped

That’s right near the equator, right? If it is hot outside, it’s normal. If it is cold outside, that’s bad.

Yea it's hot , around 35 degrees

Then it’s perfectly normal . Just make sure they have lots of water available.

I’ve heard chapati can be bad for chickens, but I am personally not familiar with it enough or know for sure. And your chickens should be eating as high protein food to them as you can get during the heat. I don’t know how high chapati is in protein, but by the looks of it not much.
