Can anyone give some advice on what to do for my ameraucana hen. Her one eye is very watery and has a flesh colored lump at her bottom eyelid. She seems healthy otherwise. None of my other chickens have this issue.

It doesn't wipe off. It's a fleshy bump or maybe a swollen lower eyelid. It's been that way for about 2 months. It seemed to go down for awhile and the watering eye went away but now it's back.

Is it possible that it is a pocket of pus from an infection? I think that in chickens the pus becomes solid.

Have you given her any medication?
I'm suppose it could be although I never noticed any other kind of eye issues with her. I have not ever given her any medication. She is just less than a year old and has been healthy so far. Should I not worry about it if she seems healthy otherwise? Was more worried it could be some kind of disease that could possibly spread to others.

I believe that looks like conjunctivitis. Especially since you said that there aren't any other symptoms and it's persisted for so long.

If you can gently look under the eyelid, yellow under the eyelid would mean fungal. Otherwise it's probably bacterial. Rinsing it with a saline solution could help clean it up.
